Chronepsis the Watcher is the draconic god of fate, death and judgment. His scales are colorless and without luster, and he is an outsider in the battles between the metallic and chromatic dragons.

He observes dragons throughout their lives and assigns them a place in the afterlife when they die.

Chronepsis is Neutral and his domains are Death, Dragon and Knowledge. (The Dragon domain is found in the Draconomicon.) His symbol is an unblinking dragon's eye and his favored weapon is the scythe or claw.
