The following are downloads that are recommended or required reading for campaigns in the world of Praemal:

• Player's Guide to Ptolus - A must read. The first 14 pages only pertain to Ptolus and can be skipped for those not playing in the city, but the rest of the book concerns the world at large, Lothian and other matters of general interest. You can also order a hard copy of the book online for $2.99 or find it in many game stores.
  
  
• Player's Map of Freeport - What visitors and residents of Freeport know of the layout of the city.
• Freeport Pirate prestige class - Residents of Freeport who otherwise qualify for this prestige class (tweaked for the 3.5 edition of the rules) may choose this as an option.
• Player's Guide to Redhurst - Students and alumni of Redhurst will know all of this information.
• Spellflag - Students and alumni of any wizard academy will know the rules of this sport. Baron Nicodemus Midwood also enjoys playing this game on Midwood Green.
