Hasenbock

From Praemal

The hasenbock appears to be an ordinary brown rabbit, except for the small antlers that grow out of its skull.

A rare creature indeed, the hasenbock grows high up in mountainous forests, including the Tulgey Wood, and is a relative of the lowlands jackalope. Gnomes and dwarves find the hasenbock to be a great delicacy, and often mount the head of the creature on the walls of their homes, for gastronomical bragging rights. Those unfamiliar with the species have spread the rumor that the animal is actually a taxidermist's hoax.
