Hlal the Jester is the patron goddess of copper dragons. She is a storyteller and is one of the few dragon gods truly friendly to non-dragons; after all, one never knows where a story may come from.

Hlal is Chaotic Good and her domains are Chaos, Dragon, Good and Trickery. (The Dragon domain is found in the Draconomicon.) Her symbol is an open book and her favored weapon is a short sword or claw.
