Raspberry Punch

I'm not a punch kind of guy, at least not the kind without all sorts of clear alcohol in it. But it's hard to say no to sherbert. And this punch, which I first had at an office party in 1995, works with alcohol or without, unlike many of my coworkers.

  • 2 liters of ginger ale or champagne (or any mix you choose)
  • 1 liter of cranberry juice
  • 1 gallon of raspberry sherbert

The hardest part of this recipe is finding the raspberry sherbert.

Gotta love those easy recipes, don't you? It's how I've prolonged the myth that I'm a good cook: Serve easy, good and unusual dishes. Enjoy, y'all.
