Most of these can be found in iTunes. Also available are the 2007, 2006 and 2005 lists, although the new board template has stripped off the numbers, and I’ll need to go back and manually add them at some point.

There’s a lot of instrumentals this year, which is a new thing. The list is also a bit funkier than previous lists, losing out on some more middle of the road rock and roll as a result, which is funny, because I don’t think of 2008 as particularly the Year of Funk. It’s also a more somber list than usual, particularly the top 10, which does seem appropriate for the year.
