It says “Job Type: Media – Journalism – Newspaper”…. And it may be covering Glendale’s City Hall, not LA’s. Glendale is one of the three cities that controls the Burbank airport, and it has a lot of influence in both the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys. It’s not exactly a podunk town.

I’ve temped there. They have crappy fast food selection for the working temp, and thus podunk!
I guess there is a Glendale paper: I’ve passed it on the street a few times.
