The Saturday Morning Cartoons’ Greatest Hits album is still awesome, though. Todd and I practically camped out at a record store to get it, back when we both worked at the Potomac News.

Liz Phair – Polyester Bride

The only Liz Phair album one is apparently allowed to have as their favorite is “Exile in Guyville,” but for me, it’s 1998’s “whitechocolatespaceegg,” with its trippy soundscapes and frank talk about more adult relationships. This song, the big single off the album, is one of my favorite tracks.
